Am SERIOUSLY thinking of getting a HANDICAP Like a Star @ heaven So that there is more option to play in Singapore and also other places.

Would like to know what are the steps and preparation required to obtain a handicap... How and where is the handicap test conducted ... and finally how to maintain the handicap? Question
